Grady Suede Photography (GSP) reserves the right to use any photographs or videos taken at contracted events without obtaining the explicit written consent of those included in the images. These photographs or videos may be utilized in various publications or media materials produced, used, or contracted by GSP, including but not limited to brochures, mailings, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, and social media.

To protect the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written consent from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.

If you attend a GSP event and do not wish to have your image recorded for distribution, please inform the photographer and event organizers, or contact GSP in writing at grady@gradysuedephotography.com, Attn: Marketing & Events. Include a photograph with your request for identification purposes, which will be kept confidential.

By participating in a GSP contracted event or not notifying GSP in writing of your desire to opt out, you agree to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify GSP from any claims related to the use of your image or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with GSP, except for the contracted, hiring client is prohibited from using, copying, altering, or modifying GSP photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar reproductions and recordings without prior written permission from an authorized GSP representative.

Any images on this website are not free to download or use by anyone outside of GSP.
